Bu yıl 94. kez verilecek Oscar ödüllerinin adayları belli oldu. 12 dalda aday olan “The Power of the Dog” ve 10 dalda aday olan “Dune” en çok adaylık kazanan yapımlar oldular.
Bu yıl 27 Mart’ta gerçekleşecek olan 94. ödüllerinde The Power of the Dog 12 adaylıkla en çok adaylığa layık görülen yapım olurken, onu 10 adaylıkla Dune ve 7’şer adaylıkla West Side Story ile Belfast takip etti. The Power of the Dog yönetmeni Jane Campion, Oscar’larda iki kez en iyi yönetmen dalında aday gösterilen ilk kadın olarak Oscar tarihine geçti. 2021 yılının adından en çok konuşulan yapımlarından olan House of Gucci tek dalga aday olabildi.
